Step 1
Sitting, or standing- have hands upside down at chest level at a 90 degree angle.

Step 2
Turn your hands so that the backs are facing each other.

Step 3
Press the backs of your hands against each other, keeping your arms at a 90 degree angle.

Step 4
Hold this position for 1 minute. If you feel a tingling sensation or numbness in the thumb, index finger, or middle finger, this is usually an indication of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
