In a nutshell, Quickbooks Simple Start version or Quickbooks Pro version are best for small businesses. Quickbooks Premier version is best for medium-sized businesses, while Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions works for large businesses. One other option is Quickbooks Online Edition for those who want to work remotely and manage their finances online.

Meet with a Quickbooks Pro Advisor if you are still unsure which version of the program you need. You can find a Quickbooks Pro Advisor at proadvisor.intuit.com/referral/ (see link in Resources). He can also assist you in setting up and learning to operate the program. A fee may apply.
