Filemaker Pro 9, a database creating and editing program, was issued in 2007 by the company Filemaker, subsidiary of Apple Inc. This version has been replaced by Filemaker Pro 10. Although Filemaker Pro 9 is no longer being sold on Filemaker's website, it can still be found and bought at online auction and sales sites.

Go to the Amazon website (see Resources) and view its listing for Filemaker Pro 9. While Amazon.com itself lists Filemaker 9 as "currently unavailable," third-party vendors may offer new or used copies.

Go to the eBay website (see Resources) to find copies of Filemaker Pro 9. The link will display copies available for auction and in eBay stores. Click the "Buy it Now" option if it is available or bid on the item. Check out and pay for the item or wait until the auction ends.

Visit the Craigslist website (see Resources) and click the city you live in. Type "Filemaker Pro 9" into the search bar to bring up a list of items that are for sale. Contact the seller to negotiate a deal.

Check Craigslist sites outside of your hometown (see fourth Resources link). Type "Filemaker Pro 9" into the search bar as well as "site:craigslist.org" to bring up a list showing this software on sale at any Craigslist site.
