Things You'll Need:
- Pot
- Spoon
- Shells
- Water
- Milk
- Butter
- velveeta
- pinch of salt
-
Step 1
In pot, put 3 cups of water, bring to boil (if you put the pinch of salt in, this will bring the water to boil faster).. Put in Shells, cook till pasta is "aldente`" or slightly hard, not too hard, but you can feel the stiffness. Remove and thoroughly drain..
-
Step 2
Put pot back on stove, lower heat to almost simmer mode.. Put cup of milk in pot, add 1 square (full sliced square) of velveeta. Slowly cook this, you don't want it to burn, add in Butter when sauce is beginning to thicken, this will give it a "creamy texture"..
-
Step 3
After getting sauce to be more like a "thick soup," add pasta, cook for another five min on stove on low heat.. Remove.. At this point, you'll dish out.. My favorite is taking chile from a can and adding in the bowl seperately, gives it a nice "kick".. You can also top this with some shredded cheese.. Enjoy!
