Things You'll Need:

• ice cream
• cookie dough
• plastic wrap
• freezer
• oven

1. bake chocolate chip cookies in oven according to steps on package and let cool, you can even use cookie cutter for a better design. i used mickey mouse cookie cutter for my daughters birthday. or buy pre packaged- pre made cookies (any kind to your liking), i used chocolate chip. always a crwod pleaser.

2. take 2 cookies and add about one scoop of your favorite ice cream in center and put together. i usually use breyers french vanilla. or rockey road. love it. roll the outside of ice cream with your favorite candy topping, ie: mini chocolate chips or sprinkles of any kind. you can even decorate with holiday sprinkles.

3. repaeat as many times as you want. wrap each one individually in plastic wrap and put in freezer for about a half hour or until set and enjoy! makes great party platters.
