Step 1
HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU ARE CONSTIPATED? WHEN SHOULD YOU TRY A CONSTIPATION REMEDY? The symptoms of constipation can vary from person to person. Some people experience extreme gas, loss of appetite, headache, abdominal pain, fever, nausea, and/or leg pains. If you are experiencing irregular bowel movements or bowel movements that are difficult to pass you may be constipated.
If you have gone 3 days without a bowel movement and if this is abnormal for you then you are probably constipated and should try a constipation remedy.
If you are constipated one of the first things you should change is your diet. One of the most common causes of constipation is a lack of fiber in the diet, lack of exercise and certain medications. Getting adequate amounts of exercise, fruits, vegetables and water is vital in preventing constipation. -

Step 3
CHOOSE ONE CONSTIPATION REMEDY - Only one constipation remedy at a time should be tried:
* Prunes. Consume a handful of prunes daily and in a few days you should be regular.
* Prune juice. Drink a glass every two hours until you are relieved.
