How to make a party nacho dip that your friends and family will rave about. You can serve it over tortilla chips and don't forget the beer. This is an awesome and simply recipe that your friends and family will always want you to bring this nacho dip to all the family functions in your lifetime.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1lb of Bob Evans Original Sausage
  • 1lb of Velveeta mild mexican cheese
  • (1) 10oz. can of RoTel mild diced tomatoes and green chilies
  1. Step 1

    Separate sausage as much as you can and cook in microwave in microwave safe dish on high for 4 minutes and separate with knife occasionally. Make sure meat is cooked thoroughly with no pink showing. Make sure you turn sausage over so meat is cooked evenly.

  2. Step 2

    Slice Velveeta cheese about 4 inches apart and place it with sausage in microwave evenly. Pour RoTel diced tomatoes and green chillies over cheese and cook for about 3 minutes or when cheese has melted completely.
    Try to stir occasionally.

  3. Step 3

    Serve over tortilla corn chips. You can place dip in crock pot on low to keep warm and stir every 15 minutes to keep warm.

Tips & Warnings
  • Dip is spicy, therefore, if you have a sensitive stomach do not eat or eat with caution.
