Things You'll Need:
- 4oz. cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4-1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 medium-large potatoes
- water
- mixer
- grater
- pan
- Knife
- Veggie Peeler
- Medium-Large Bowl

Step 1
Peel potatoes with veggie peeler and then cut into 4-6 pieces depending on the size of the potatoe. Place in pan with water. Boil the potatoes until they become soft but be careful not to over cook them. I would say to boil them about 15 min...I always poke a fork into them to make sure they are soft try this after 10 min and go from there

While waiting for the potatoes to cook grate Parmesan Cheese to equal about 1/4- 1/2 cup. I find the more parmesan cheese the more flavor the mashed potatoes have

Step 3
When potatoes are finished cooking place in a bowl and add Sour cream, parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Mix with mixer and enjoy! If desired ad a dash of salt.
