Start with doctor offices they need to cleaned right all the time. Tell them you will give them a free cleaning estimate and will take only five minutes. Even when people say no ask them if you can send info about services, every cleaning service will make a mistake and they will have your info on hand when it happens.

When bidding a job do not low ball your bid. Try to stay in the middle of the pack. Start out small with local business that get cleaned once or twice a week. Once you get a couple of small jobs always be looking for more work. Your name is the most important thing you have, go way past basic cleaning with your accounts clean your accounts like they are your own homes.
