Trying to lift a motorcycle by positioning yourself properly and using your leg muscles is difficult and could result in injury. Now, you can lift a motorcycle the smart way (brains over brawn). The SaveYourBack Jack does all the work for you! Store the jack in your saddlebag and it will always be there when you need it. To watch a demo video, go to www.SaveYourBackJack.com.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • The SaveYourBack Jack comes, complete, with everything you need
  1. Step 1

Remove the SaveYourBack Jack, wrench and Velcro strap from the storage bag.

  2. Step 2

Check that the ignition switch and the kill switch is in the "off" position. Always think "safety".

  3. Step 3

Engage the front brake lever and secure it with the Velcro strap. This will ensure that the motorcycle will not roll while it is being lifted. Again ... safety first.

  4. Step 4

Place the SaveYourBack Jack under the jacking point (Either the passenger footboard bracket or the Engine Guard Clamp, depending on make/model). With the wrench provided, turn the jack until it is fully extended. The jack is very easy to turn and raises quickly.

  5. Step 5

Lift the motorcycle off the jack and let it rest on the side stand. Put the jack away and you are ready to go. It's just that easy!

Tips & Warnings
  • The wrench, which is provided with the SaveYourBack Jack, can be replaced with a ratchet and socket if you want to make it easier than it already is.

on 8/19/2009 It was only 1 day after receiving my jack, that I dropped my 09 Classic in my driveway with my wife on board. We fell head over heels with no damage to ourselves or the Harley.
Your jack worked perfectly -paid for itself right then and there. Thanks a lot for a very useful product.

on 8/19/2009 I'm a sceptic at heart so I had my doubts. I got the jack, anyway, because I can't lift my bike & I'm doing a solo road trip soon. To my surprise, the jack did the job very well. If anything, this thing is over-built (That's a good thing!)
