How to Make over the Top Scrambled Eggs in The Microwave

Cook scrambled eggs in less time in the microwave. Scrambled eggs are perfect for an English muffin or toast. They are great for on the run. Clean up is a breeze with microwavable eggs. They are quick and easy and the possibilities are endless. What could be better?

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • cooking spray
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • microwavable container
  • with lid
  • fork
  • 2 Tbsp any type of cheese grated (optional)
  • 1 tbsp water,milk,or cream
  1. Step 1

    Spray the microwavable container thoroughly with cooking spray.

  2. Step 2

    Break the eggs and put them into the microwavable container.

  3. Step 3

    If desired season with Salt and Pepper.

  4. Step 4

    Take the fork and scramble the eggs, now is also the time to add 1 Tbsp. of the water, milk or cream (if desired).

  5. Step 5

    Add the cheese to the eggs covering lightly with the eggs (if desired).

  6. Step 6

    Place the lid over the top of the container (Do Not Close Tightly).

  7. Step 7

    Place the container in the microwave for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 mins. (times vary) watch closely.

  8. Step 8

    Take the container out of the microwave. Caution will be hot! Take the lid off and flip your eggs onto a plate, english muffin, toast or anything you disire..Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • Cooking times vary with each microwave. Watch closely at first to find out what cooking times work for you. Don't overcook the eggs.
  • Try adding vegetables such as spinach, mushrooms and onions.
