Things You'll Need

  • Cooking spray
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Microwavable container with lid
  • Fork
  • 1 tablespoon water, milk or cream
  • 2 tablespoons cheese, grated (optional)

Instructions

      Spray the microwavable container thoroughly with cooking spray.

      Break the eggs into the microwavable container and season with salt and pepper.

      Scramble the eggs with a fork, adding 1 tablespoon water, milk or cream.

      Lightly cover the eggs with cheese, if desired.

      Place the lid over the top of the container, but do not close tightly.

      Place the container in the microwave for approximately 1 ½ to 2 minutes. Times vary depending on your microwave, so watch the eggs closely.

      Take the lid off carefully, and flip the eggs onto a plate, English muffin or toast.
