How to Make Great Salsa Dip
Salsa is no longer just a Mexican-food condiment. It frequently stands alone at a party with chips by its side and no other Mexican-food to be found. Homemade salsa has an exquisite freshness and can be tailored to your taste buds. Things You'll Need
- Food processor
- Handful of fresh cilantro
- 1/4 white onion
- 1/4 jalapeno
- Juice from one lime
- 6 tomatoes
- Pinch of salt
- Spoon
- Dippers: tortilla chips or veggies

Place cilantro, chunk of onion and jalapeno, and lime juice in a food processor.

Pulverize the spices until they form the consistency of a paste.

Add tomatoes one at a time, pulsing them into the mixture.

Pour the salsa into a bowl, and then add a pinch of salt, stirring it in with a spoon.

Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.

Tips & Warnings
Tweak the heat of your salsa by increasing or decreasing the amount of jalapeno you use.
If you prefer a chunkier salsa, dice the final two tomatoes by hand.
Be careful when handling jalapenos, as the juice can burn sensitive tissue in the eyes, nose and mouth. Wash your hands carefully after touching them.
