how to make a ground chicken taco burrito.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • you will need 1 lb. of ground chicken,1 packet of taco seasoning, an 8 oz. package of mexican blend shredded cheese, 10 burrito size tortillas, sour cream, 1 can of refried beans, and 2 fry pans.
  1. Step 1

first you brown your ground chicken in a fry pan, drain the grease. You then add your taco seasoning and continue as instructed on the packet. While it is simmering put about 2 cups of canola in the remaining fry pan over low heat.

  2. Step 2

Once you have done this, take a tortilla and put a desired amount of refried beans, ground chicken, and cheese and fold and roll it like you would a burrito.Repat untill all 10 taco shells are filled.

  3. Step 3

Once you have completed that step , you place the rolled burritos (fold side down) in the oil until brown (about a minute) flip it over and do the other side until done. remove from oil and place on a paper towel lined plate. Continue until all are done. Finally you just garnish it with watever you would like, such as, sour cream, lettuce, salsa, whatever you like.

Tips & Warnings
  • use metal tong to flip your taco burritos over. I have found that the BBQ grill ones work the best because they are extra long, so you won't burn yourself.
  • Make sure the burner is not on to high for the oil, because if it is to high it will burn the oil and in turn burn the taco burritos.
