this will teach u how to hook up a desktop computer

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • may need flat head screw driver!
  1. Step 1

    plug Power cable into slot at top of tower in back labeled 1 on the picture

    note the switch containing the numbers "1" and "0" make sure the switch is on "0" until setup is complete

  2. Step 2

    observe the Blue cable coming from the back of your monitor. look on the back of the tower and find a rectangular plug that is blue. push this into the plug but DO NOT push TOO hard. once this is plugged in you will need to screw it in. you can use your fingers or a flat head screw driver.

  3. Step 3

    if your mouse and keyboard are USB (rectangular at the end) then you will need to plug them into rectangular slots close to the plug that you just plugged the monitor into. plug these into the slots

  4. Step 4

    this is for the Internet cable. this is square that will plug into a slot Next to the Slots you just plugged in the Keyboard/mouse.
    it will make a click meaning it is locked in place if it doesnt lock take it out and rotate the cord until it clicks.

  5. Step 5

    this is for speakers(if you do not have speakers skip this step) the pink jack is for a Mic. The blue jack is for input. the Green jack is for the speakers(middle).

  6. Step 6

    now that the process is complete you may refer back to step one and turn that power switch into the "1" position

  • make sure monitor is plugged into a power outlet
