Things You'll Need:
- Crock pot
- 2 lb pork loin
- 1 small can chopped jalapeno
- 2 small jars of salsa verde
- 1/2 cup of instant mashed potatoes

Step 1
Put approximately 2 lbs of pork loin chops or a 2 lb port roast in the crock pot. No seasoning needed! No need to cut into pieces before placing meat in the crock pot. That will happen later - you'll see!

Step 2
Open and pour 1 small can of chopped jalapenos over the top of your pork loin in the crock pot. Use your favorite brand of jalapenos.

Open and pour 2 small jars of salsa verde over the top of the chopped jalapenos in the crock pot. Use your favorite brand of salsa verde.

Step 4
No need to stir contents in crock pot. Do not add any water! Put lid on crock pot and cook on low for 10 hours. When done, stir contents of crock pot and break pork into pieces with a wooden spoon. Pour 1/2 cup of instant mashed potatoes in crock pot and stir until potatoes are completely mixed. Ready to Serve!
