Many people love lasagna, but are afraid of the calorie intake of eating lasagna. You will love my spinach lasagna that is healthy, good and easy to make for any occasion.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Box of Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 can precooked spinach
  • 8 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • cilantra
  • garlic cloves or miniced garlic
  • 1 can of stewed season low sodium tomatoes
  • 1 pack of Mozarella cheese(low-fat)
  • 1 pack of Cheddar Cheese(low-fat)
  • 8x 10 caserol dish
  1. Step 1

You will need to bring 4 cups of water and some 2 tea spoons of olive oil to a boil. After the water reaches a boil place 9 strips of Lasagna in the boiling water. While water is boiling you need to saute cilantra, 1 to 2 garlic cloves chopped, 1 chopped medium onion and 1 chopped green pepper saute until lightly brown.Once vegetables are brown place stewed drained tomatoes and drained spinach to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

  2. Step 2

When noodles are soft from boiling drain in strainer until water is completely drained from noodles. Once drained separate the noodles and place on papper towel to absorb water that is left over. Place noodles starting with 3 in a row for each layer.

  3. Step 3

Once first layer is complete of 3 please take the sauce of and spread over noodles, add tea spoon of ricotta cheese place in each corner of dish and some in center and then top final layer with mozarella and cheddar cheese. You would repeat this process for each layer depending on how many layers you want your lasagna to have when you get to last layer just spread the remaining of mozarella and cheddar chees on final layer. Then you need to put lasagna in a pre heated oven at 375 for a hour.
