PayPal is a web-based business that allows users to send and receive payment online without giving out bank account or credit card information to any entities other than PayPal. Many online retailers and businesses such as eBay and Overstock accept PayPal as a method of payment. PayPal also offers a debit card that can be used with online retailers that do not accept PayPal or at local businesses. You may close your PayPal account if it does not have funds or if there are unresolved issues.
