Step 1
When it comes to waxing your body there a few options, either do it yourself, go to a professional, or get a friend to do it for you.

Waxing yourself: This option is a good one if you are shy and don't want to parade your body around in front of other people, there are number of different types of home waxing kits, with the cheapest being the ready made Wax strips that you heat up by rubbing in-between your hands, these however usually don't prove to be very effective and can cause some bad in-grown hairs later down the line. Then you can also get the stuff the pros use, which is basically a jar of wax which you heat up in the microwave and then apply to your body and then put strips on it and pull it off, this one works well but can be very unnerving as the pain can make you not have the courage to pull.

Waxing at a Professional: I would say that this is the most preferable option for waxing, as they obviously know what they are doing, and they get all of the hair and make it perfect, the pain is very unbearable though and you will need to grit your teeth and squeeze something very tight.

Having a friend Wax you: This can be a good one if you know the person well and are comfortable with him/her, you will need a home waxing kit the same as if you would do it yourself. And be sure to tell your friend whenever you are in too much pain or to keep going.

Way to wax at home: Apply strips on the wax in the direct hair is growing and smooth down to get rid of all air bubbles, leave it for a few minutes to get cold and stick to all your hair, then in a fast movement pull upwards to the opposite direction your hair is growing and pray that you got all of the hairs, as doing it again in the same spot is a killer.
