Things You'll Need:
- A quality 260 Latex Balloon (the cheapie wally world ones suck)
- Air Pump (or blow by mouth)
- Sharpie Marker

Step 1
Out of breath?This is the hard part. No, not really. Inflate balloon and leave about 2-3" at the end.

Step 2
At the knot end twist a 4" bubble.

Step 3
Bend the 4" bubble and twist the knot into the twist.

Step 4
Twist two 2" bubbles.

Step 5
Twist the two 2" bubbles together. Where my thumb and pinky are in picture above.

Step 6
Now twist a tiny bubble followed by two 2" bubbles.

Step 7
Twist the two 2" bubbles together.

Step 8
Twist a 3" bubble.

Step 9
Twist a small bubble at the end of the balloon.

Step 10
Twist the small bubble into the twist of the 3" bubble.

Step 11
Find the middle of the big loop, and bring it to where we twisted the small bubble. Twist both sides to make the hind legs.

Step 12
Take out your Sharpie and give that little guy a face. Sometimes I make the frog stick out his tongue. And sometimes I draw in a fly.
