Things You'll Need:
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- pepper
- salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups rice
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1
First you will need to cook the rice according to the package. Then place to the side to cool. Then you will need a skillet where you will add 3 tablespoons of butter. You will then add the onions and celery. You will sauté these until they become tender. Then you will need to remove the skillet from the heat.

Next you will need to stir in the rice, walnuts, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix together all the ingredients then you are ready to stuff the bird of your choice. You can also eat as a side dish you do not have to stuff your chicken, turkey, duck, or hens.

If you choose to stuff a bird you will need a large baking pan and place your stuffing in the cavity of the bird. You will then place the bird into the pan and top with the remaining butter. You will then need to bake the bird according to the directions on the package. Then it is time to dig in. This is an alternate to the stuffing we normally prepare out of bread.
