Step 1
First open another web browser and go to (paypal.com) where you can sign up and log in to accounts.

Step 2
Locate the link or button where users can sign up for a pay pal account.

Step 3
Assuming that you have clicked the “sign up” link, enter all necessary information such as: username, password, name, address, etc.

Step 4
Remember, your pay pal user name is your account access. Therefore, after you have completed your registration, go to your email and click on the confirmation email that pay pal sends you.

Step 5
After you are verified, log into your pay pal account and link your credit card in order to become a verified buyer.

Step 6
Once you become verified, enjoy yourself and shop away.
