Things You'll Need:
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 10 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

Step 1
You will need a skillet where you will need to cook the bulk sausage over medium heat and crumble into pieces until the meat is no longer pink. You will then need to drain the excess grease off of the sausage. You will then need a 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking dish that you will need to grease.

Next you will need to cube your pieces of bread and add to the baking dish. You then will need to sprinkle the sausage overtop of the bread. You then will need to add the milk, half and half, Worcestershire sauce,salt,pepper, and the eggs that you have lightly beaten into a bowl and mix together. You will then pour this mixture over top of the bread and sausage.

Now you will sprinkle the cheeses overtop of the strata. Then you will cover and refrigerate overnight. You will then remove from the refrigerator while you preheat your oven to 350 degrees. You will then bake the strata for 45 minutes or until you insert a knife into the center and it comes out clean.
