How to Cancel MSN Dial-Up

MSN dial-up is one of many Internet service providers you can use to access the World Wide Web. MSN dial-up offers email, photo services and other communication services. If you no longer want MSN dial-up, you can cancel it by calling a toll-free number.

      Sign up for another Internet service provider and set up a new email address.

      Open your MSN dial-up and save any stored email onto a disk or forward them to your new Internet service provider's email address. Export or save your MSN address book or copy and paste any stored email addresses to a text document.

      Call MSN's customer service at (866) 205-6768 and talk to a customer service representative to cancel your service.

      Ask the customer service representative if there is a way to forward any future email to your new email address. If this is possible, provide the representative with your new email address.

      Load your new address book and start using the new service and email address.
