This article will teach you the easiest and best way to apply eyeliner.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Any shade of eyeliner
  • (potentially) A thin eyeliner brush
  1. Step 1

Pick a shade and kind. If you are using this look for a (night) out then I suggest black eyeliner. If you are using this look for a day look, I suggest any other color besides black. This is because black really pulls together your look and is usually used for fancier things (this doesn't include work! It does include parties, dinners, ECT.). Also, pick a sort of eyeliner, you may want to use the kind in stick form or the kind in the jar (if using the jar eyeliner, you will need a thin eyeliner brush to apply). Which ever you find easiest to apply with.

  2. Step 2

I'd apply this after applying your choice of shadow.

  3. Step 3

Now, you will need to gently pull the end of your lid (slightly). After doing so, sway your eyeliner (from the end of your lid to the side nearest to your nose). Do this in strokes. These steps are the same for applying eyeliner on your water line.

Tips & Warnings
  • I suggest putting the normal shade on your lid, and your white eyeliner onto your water line...This will open your eyes and form the illusion of a wider and happier eye.
  • Apply your eyeliner in strokes from back to front!
  • Apply your eyeliner to your lid closest to the lash line as posible for the illusion of a thicker lash line...(that's what eyeliner is for)
  • Please don't poke yourself in your eye...:)
  • Do not use expired out borrowed eyeliner! (it probably will pass down unwanted bacteria.
