Yes, you can install new brushes to your Photoshop! By adding new brushes, you then have various brushes to use to make your graphics. You can download PS brushes in many website by googling them.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Photoshop
  • PS brushes
  1. Step 1

    First of all, of course, that you need a PS brush file, which you will have after you download it from a website.

    You have find PS brushes by searching on Google or other search engines.

  2. Step 2

    Open up Photoshop, go to "Edit" (at the top left corner of the screen) >> go all the way down until you use "Preset Manager".

  3. Step 3

    Set the "Preset Type" as Brushes, and click on "Load..."

  4. Step 4

    Find where you place the PS brush file. Select on it and click open.

  5. Step 5

    After you choose it, new brushes should appear for you to preview. You can manually delete any brushes that you don't want by clicking on it and click the "Delete" button at your right. Finally, click on Done. Now, enjoy your new brushes.

Tips & Warnings
  • Although having new brushes may be thrilling, but don't add too many! Having too many unnecessary brushes may cause your PS to be slower.
  • You can also use the same steps to add other files, e.g. pens, pencils, etc.
