How to Clean Your Cat Litter Box

Keeping your cat's litter box clean isn't always easy and fast, but I have found a way for both!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Cat litter
• 2 Trash bags
• Clorox wipes(or any brand)
• Broom & dust pan

1. If you are starting with a clean new cat litter box then you are one step ahead. If not, simply empty your dirty litter into 1 of the trash bags.

2. Once you have emptied the dirty litter, wipe out the box with a Clorox wipe. Making sure you remove all contents.

3. Once the cat box is clean, simply take the other trash bag and tear one side (the long side) from top to bottom leaving one side and the bottom of the trash bag intaked.

4. Place the trash bag in the cat box with the bottom of the trash bag either on the bottom of the cat box or in a corner of the box. Then tuck the remaining sides hanging over the box under the rim of the box.

5. Fill with cat litter and replace your lid if you have one.

Tips & Warnings

• Repeat steps 1 through 5 at least once a week
• Using a trash bag is less expensive
• Remember to clean out your cat's box at least once a day
• Your cat might tear the trash bag if they have claws
