Things You'll Need:
- Steak
- flour
- egg
- milk
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- Worcestershire Sauce
- canola oil
- Frying pan
-
Step 1
first get your frying pan on the stove and then add about 1/8 inch of canola oil. You don't want to start heating the oil yet, wait until the steak is coated.
-
Step 2
grab a bowl and add 2 eggs and 2 cups of milk, Use a fork and vigorously stir the egg and milk together. Add some Worcestershire sauce, a few shakes will do.
-
Step 3
Depending on how much steak your making, put 2 or more cups of flour on a plate or a casserole dish. Add about a teaspoon of pepper directly into the flour and mix it in.
-
Step 4
Heat up the oil, while waiting for the oil to heat up, take a piece of steak and coat it with flour. then take that same piece of steak and immerse it in the egg and milk, take it out and then coat it in the flour again coating it once again. Do this with all the steak.
-
Step 5
Place steak in frying pan, let it brown well on each side. Add more canola oil as needed. Once the steak is cooked, take it out and put it on a paper towel lined plate. Enjoy your steak.
