Step 1
First, make sure where your flight departs. Even though Pudong airport (PVG) is mostly for international flights, it also handles some domestic flight. The reverse is also true for Hongqiao airport (SHA).

Step 2
From Pudong airport (PVG) to Hongqiao airport (SHA), simply follow the sign to taxi stand, and take the taxi. There are bus available as well, but it is not recommended unless you can speak some Chinese. Also, if anybody in the hallway asks you whether you want a taxi or not, simply ignore them. Only go to the official taxi stand.

Step 3
From Hongqiao airport (SHA) to Pudong airport (PVG), taxi is also the easiest. There are two taxi lines, one for short distance ride and one for long distance ride. Check the sign closely and get into the line for long distance ride. If the line is too long, you can go to the front of the line , and ask for a van-type taxi. It cost you additional 10 ~ 20 RMB ($3 USD), but usually there is no wait.
