Step 1
Start a new text message on your cell phone. Or, if you have a button for picture message, select that option.

Now once you have that option selected, in the send field, enter your email address, instead of a phone number.

Make sure you hit send. When sending is complete, check your email! You will have a picture from the phone number that sent it. Now you can select the image, that is now in your email by right clicking it, and selecting the "save picture as." You should be able to retrieve that picture again later through email, or in your pictures area of your computer.
