Their are many ways to meditate. When you are meditating, you are relaxing. Meditation can be a useful way to relieve stress. Meditation is practiced in many countries and in many ways throughout the world.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Find a peaceful place, somewhere you can relax. Sit down anyway you are comfortable. Start to inhale deep, perhaps you should count to "5-one-
thousand." Breath in and out, concentrate on counting your breaths. Do this, until you start to feel nice and relaxed.

  2. Step 2

Visualize now a light surrounding your body, the color of that light is a peaceful blue color. Soft, and radiant, and surrounding you with calmness. Picture that color swishing slowly around you, caressing your skin softly.

  3. Step 3

Now breath, and picture a soft white light entering and exiting your mouth. As this color enters, it fills your lungs, and the rest of your insides, cleaning out anything that needs to be cleaned, and leaving your body, through your mouth.

  4. Step 4

Now listen to your breathing, deep, in and out, as you are still picturing your blue, and white lights, surrounding you, and entering and exiting your body.
