Juggling is quite easy to learn. It is fun and easy to get started.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 balls (tennis balls work well if you do not have real juggling balls)
  1. Step 1

Start with 1 ball. Start with the ball in your dominant hand and pass the ball in an arc, so that the ball goes just above your eyes and then down into the other hand. Do this 10 times in a row without moving you body or having the ball go flying. Then proceed to step 2.

  2. Step 2

Now use 2 balls. Have 1 ball in each hand. Start with your dominant hand and throw the ball as you did in step 1. When the ball is at the top of the arc proceed to throw the ball in the other hand the same way you threw the other ball. Do this ten times in a row.

  3. Step 3

3 balls is the almost the same as 2 balls. Start with 2 balls in your dominant hand and 1 in the other hand. Now throw the balls as you would with two balls but continue to throw the balls after you throw the first 2.

  4. Step 4

Just keep practicing. And then congratulations you can juggle!

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't give up if you can't do it at first. Just keep practicing.
  • Make sure you don't hit yourself with a ball.
