Things You'll Need:
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup flour all purpose
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sour cram
- 1/4 cup orange juice

Step 1
First of all go ahead and preheat your oven to 400. Lightly grease 1 or 2 muffin baking pans to reduce your muffins from sticking.

Mix your blueberries with 3 tbsp of the suga and your orange zest until mixed well. Sit to the side.

Pour your flour, baking powder, and the rest of your sugar into a bowl. Sit to the side.

In another bowl, mix your egg, orange juice, and sour cream together until mixed thoroughly. Now add it to the flour mixture and mix for about 10 seconds.

Fold your blueberry mixture into the other mixture.

Spoon the batter into your muffin baking pan, filling them a little over the half mark.

Let muffins bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

Let your muffins cool, turn out of the muffin pans, serve and enjoy.
