How to Make a Wine Cork Desktop Bulletin Board
Many people collect the corks of their favorite wines and get in the habit of using them for craft projects. Wine corks can be used to make various things including cork wreaths, baseboards, razor blade holders, and thanks to its easy-to-pierce material wine corks can also be used to make pin holders and bulletin boards for your wall or desktop. You can swiftly make a bulletin board for your desktop without having to collect an excessive amount of wine corks.

Gather enough wine corks to fill in the space of the frame where the picture is usually displayed. The number of wine corks needed depends on the size of your desktop picture frame.

Apply glue to a cork and stick it to the area inside the frame where the photo goes. Glue the wine corks beginning at the top edge of the photo region. Place two wine corks vertically and two horizontally until you complete the first row. Glue another row of corks beneath the first repeating the same process until the entire photo area of the frame is filled with wine corks. Use a fast-acting adhesive glue.

Place the photo frame with the glued wine corks on a flat surface for at least 30 minutes to let the glue dry. The amount of drying time varies depending on the type of glue used.

Attach notes to the corks with thumb tacks.

Tips & Warnings
Arrange the wine corks on the frame any way you want. Before gluing the corks, lay the frame flat and play around with the placement of the corks to decide how to arrange them.
Glue the wine corks on the glass of the frame or remove the glass and glue to the back of the frame where the picture would generally be placed.
Hot glue can be used instead of a fast-acting adhesive.
