Their are many things that an contribute to bad breath. Some can be : a medical condition, diet, poor dental hygiene, sinusitis, smoking, dental condition, dry mouth and many other things. Sometimes you need to attack the problem from the inside. What ever your problem is, try these steps to help you fight bad breath.

  1. Step 1

    Stay hydrated. Sometimes a dry mouth can cause bad breath.

  2. Step 2

    When you brush your teeth, brush every part well, and be sure to scrub your tongue. Your tongue can contribute to bad breath.

  3. Step 3

    Try some ginger leaves. Ginger leaves is one of the best natural ways to fight bad breath.

  4. Step 4

    Cinnamon gum can help keep your mouth wet, as well as help your breath out.

  5. Step 5

    Be sure to floss between teeth. As well as rinse your mouth out. After every meal, be sure to drink some water, and brush your teeth. If you can not brush, rinse your mouth with some water.
