Things You'll Need:
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- pepper
- 6 hamburger buns
- 3/4 cup egg substitute
- toppings of your choice

Step 1
You will need a large bowl to start. You will add the pepper, egg substitute, grated onion, the zucchini that you grated, the potato that was peeled and grated, and a carrot that you grated. You will mix these ingredients together. Then place to the side while you get your griddle or skillet ready.

Then you will need heat a griddle or a skillet and coat it with cooking spray. Pour 1/2 cup of batter into the skillet or onto the griddle and cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Then flip the burger over and repeat.

Then you will need to toast the hamburger buns then place the burgers onto the buns and top with the toppings of your choice. This is a delicious alternative to those regular hamburgers. This is a great way to get your kids to eat there vegetables with out knowing they are eating them.
