How to Treat Impotence with Vitamins

Increasing your intake of some vitamins can actually help to treat impotence. Sometimes a vitamin deficiency alone can also be the major factor in causing impotence.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Take 250 mg of Niacin (also known as Vitamin B3). Niacin is a vasodilator and helps impotence by naturally improving the blood flow.

  2. Step 2

    Take 30 mg of Zinc, twice per day, with 3 mg of Copper. Zinc is required in the natural synthesis of testerone. It is recommended that you speak to your doctor before starting this since it's best get permission before taking more than 20 mg of Zinc.

  3. Step 3

    Take 2,000 mg of Vitamin C with all large meals. Vitamin C is found in high concentration in the prostate and can help speed up the recovery from impotence.

  4. Step 4

    Take around 500 IU of Vitamin E once per day. Vitamin E is also found in the prostate and will help you recover from impotence.
