Things You'll Need:
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 slices of day old bread
- 3 cans crab meat
- 2 tablespoons oil

Step 1
You will need a large bowl where you will add an egg that you have lightly beaten, parsley flakes, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce ,mustard, and pepper. You will need to mix these ingredients together well. Then place this mixture to the side.

Then you will need to slice your day old bread into 1/4 inch cubes. Then place this into the mixture that you have place to the side. Stir the bread into the mixture. You will then need to open the cans of crab meat and drain them. Then make sure all of the cartilage is removed and flake the meat with a fork. You will then stir this into the mixture.

You will then need to form the crab mix into eight patties. You will then need to place your oil into a large non stick skillet. You can use the oil of your choice. You will cook the crab cakes on each side for four minutes or until golden brown. Then once you cooked both sides it is time to dig in.
