Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

Place dried lavender blossoms in the mortar. Ground gently with the pestle. If you do not have a mortar and pestle, spread a small amount of dried lavender on a cutting board and crush it gently with a rolling pin or a large wooden spoon.

  2. Step 2

Pour lavender blossoms into a clean glass container. Large Pyrex measuring cups with spouts work well.

At the end of the month pour the oil and lavender through a strainer into another glass container. Use a funnel and pour into a glass decanter for a decorator look. It is okay if some of the lavender blossoms remain in the oil.
