How to Restore the Desktop CMIME Service Book
A BlackBerry service book is an electronic file that contains BlackBerry server or application configuration information. For example, a BlackBerry service book might contain information your BlackBerry needs to connect to and communicate with a RIM server. The desktop CMIME service book contains information that your BlackBerry needs in order to send messages and perform functions such as reconciling wireless email messages. If a service book stops operating properly, you can restore it using the enterprise activation process.
