How to Remove the MS Juan Trojan Virus
The MS Juan Trojan Virus is commonly known by the names Vundo Trojan, Virtumonde, and Virtumondo. Once your computer is infected with the MS Juan Trojan Virus it will display a significant number of pop-up advertisements. These advertisements will have a mix of pornographic websites along with those for rogue anti-spyware programs. The MS Juan Trojan virus will also conduct other malicious behavior such as passing control of your computer to remote hackers, redirecting Internet searches to rogue websites, and disabling anti-virus programs already installed on your computer. Due to the complexity of the MS Juan Trojan virus and its ability to attack established anti-virus programs, using the Microsoft Malicious Software Tool to remove MS Juan is recommended.

Download the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal tool (see Resources).

Run the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal tool after download and select "Run a Full Scan" at the menu prompt. Your computer will be scanned for known signatures of the MS Juan Trojan Virus at the time of last update of the tool by Microsoft.

Select "Remove Infected Files" from the menu option after the tool is completed with running a full scan of your computer.

Restart your computer and run the short scan of the Microsoft Malware Tool to verify that MS Juan has been removed. If it indicates further infection, repeat steps two and three. After a complete short scan, MS Juan will be removed.
