      Download and install the ATI Catalyst Control Center. (See References.)

      Click the Windows "Start" button.

      Click the "Control Panel" option in the context menu.

      Click the ATI Catalyst Control Center icon in the Control Panel window.

      Click the "Video" option under the General Settings title on the left side of the ATI interface.

      Click the "Theater Mode" sub-option under the Video option.

      Click "Set Aspect Ratio" under the Theater Mode subcategory. For television, 4:3 is the standard aspect ratio, while for movies the standard ratio is 16:9.
