You visit other peoples blogs/websites and they will visit yours.Usually it is at a 2-1 ratio or 3-1. After choosing the traffic exchange website that you want to join you will need to register with them and become a member of that site.

Once registered you will need to submit/add your blog/site to them that you want traffic generated to.

Once you start surfing you will need to stay on that blog/site for a certain number of seconds. You will know this as you can see the seconds winding down somewhere on that page. It may be 25 seconds, 15 seconds or 5 seconds depending on the traffic exchange site you are using.

When you click on to the next blog you are given credits. You keep on browsing other members blogs/sites and your credits will keep growing and growing.

Go to your assign traffic link or other similar link and click on it. There you will find how many credits you have and you can now assign them to your blog/site.
