Having an angry attitude all the time is not healthy for your mind or body let alone the people around you. Knowing what steps to take to manage your angry could make a huge difference in your life.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

When you start having the feelings of extreme anger, go for a long walk. Get out of the situation that was causing anger. Then only return to the previous place once you have calmed down and the feelings of anger have left. If you prefer you can go for a drive and clear your mind forget about what caused the anger in the first place.

  2. Step 2

Take long deep breaths. Breathe in deep, breathe out slowly, and let the anger flow away from your body. Start thinking of happy things maybe something funny.

  3. Step 3

Meditate at least 15 minutes day. Clear all negative thoughts from your mind, train yourself to think of happy funny thoughts. Train your mind to not let anything or anyone make you angry. Regular meditation therapy will help to ease the anger and teach your mind how to control the anger.
