Things You'll Need:
- Ground Beef
- 1 packet of Taco Seasoning (Old El Paso makes the best)
- 1 box of macaroni and cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 16oz sour cream
- Garlic Powder to taste
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Step 1
Fill a pot 3/4 of the way with water. Place pot on the stove and bring the water to a boil.

While waiting for the water to boil pre-heat a frying pan to medium high. Add ground beef to the frying pan, season with salt & pepper and garlic powder. Cook until ground beef is well done.

Open the box of macaroni and cheese and pour the macaroni into the boiling water. Cook until the macaroni is tender.

Add the taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of water to the ground beef. Follow the directions on the taco seasoning packet to finish cooking the taco meat.

Drain the pot of macaroni. Place the macaroni in a big bowl. Open the cheese packet and pour into the bowl of macaroni, mix well.

When the taco meat is done cooking add the can of diced tomatoes and heat through. Add the taco meat, diced tomatoes, and sour cream to the bowl of macaroni and cheese. Stir until the taco meat is completely incorporated with the macaroni and cheese. Enjoy your quick and easy ultimate taco mac and cheese!
