The chakras are energy points on specific points on the body. In Eastern Medicine when the chakra is blocked or closed it can cause problems in the aura, resulting in dis-ease.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • a quiet room
  • self
  1. Step 1

    •Start in a quite room where you won't be disturbed.

  2. Step 2

    •Take in deep breaths through your nose and out through the mouth. Focus on your breathing, nothing else. In and out. (This will take some practice)

  3. Step 3

    •When you start to feel relaxed. Imagine a bright red swirling around you. Then absorbing into the root charka area, located at the groin area.

  4. Step 4

    •Now imagine orange swirling around you. Then absorbing into the sacral charkra, located in the area between the navel and groin.

  5. Step 5

    •A bright sun yellow is the next color. Location is the solar plexus, between the base of the sternum and navel.

  6. Step 6

    •Green. Located at the heart, in the center of the chest.
    • Blue. Throat, base of the neck.
    •Indigo. Third eye, middle of forehead between eyebrows.
    • Violet. Crown. Top of head.

    Do these one after the other.

  7. Step 7

    •When you are done, with the crown chakra. Imagine a pure almost silvery white enveloping you being absorbed through your palms. When you are done, take a few more deep breaths.

  8. Step 8

    •Ground and center yourself and you are done.
