With all the buzz out there about carbohydrates and how there are good carbs and bad carbs, it can be overwhelming. Well there is good news. It is possible to regularly eat the fun kind of carbohydrates

  1. Step 1

    Eating proteins along with carbohydrates helps reduce the bad carb intake and slows down the sugars going to your bloodstream, thus filling you up quicker, which inturn makes you eat less. Good for the diet. YEAH!!

  2. Step 2

    This carb protein meal eaten 4 times a day keeps sugars levels evened out which raises metabolism and keeps energy levels high, thus burning calories and stored fat.

  3. Step 3
     

    If you overeat at a meal your body turns the excess carbs into stored fat. So by adding protein into your meal helps reduce the carb intake which will burn fat rather than storing it.

  4. Step 4

    So, stop holding the bread or eating just seafood, or even worse skipping meals. Mix your carbs with protein, eat less and watch the pounds melt away.
