Arthritis is the diseases that affected the joints. There are 2 different kind of arthritis: Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis.
Osteoarthritis mostly affect people age 50 or older, cause by the wear and tear of the joints.
Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease. It causes the inflammation of the joints.

  1. Step 1

    People that suffer from osteoarthritis can take glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM as supplements to support healthy joints, relieve arthritis pain and improve stiffness.

  2. Step 2

    People that suffer from Rheumatoid arthritis can use feverfew to reduce the inflammation in the joints. There are different forms of feverfew as a herbal treatment in capsule, dried herbs or in the tea bag. Feverfew dried flower infused in water can be used to bathe swollen feet.

  3. Step 3

    Horsetail is rich in silicic acid that helps increase the bone density and increase the strength of the connectivity tissue. It also reduces swelling and water retention.Juniper berry and bladder wrack also can help people with arthritis.

  4. Step 4

    People with arthritis should watch for the food nutritions, eat a lot of food that are rich in vitamins B-5, vitamin E, selenium, magnesium, manganese and essential fatty acids.

  5. Step 5

    Food such as seeds, beans, green leaves vegetables, salmon, flax seed oil, oat meal, walnut, sunflower seeds, avocado, ginger, turmeric and legume family vegetables are rich in those vitamins and mineral mention above.

    The enzyme from pineapple (bromelain) and papaya (papain) can help digestive system and help people with arthritis.
