Making extra money these days is getting harder and harder. Some people make money by getting a second job, but if you prefer an easy way to make a little extra money, and you don't want to have to work for it, you might think about opening a Blogger account, which is owned by Google, and utilizing Google's Adsense ad campaigns to make money. Google has conveniently integrated the two for easy income generation.

With over 6,000,000 personal and business blogs out on the internet, almost 70% of the blogs that are active make money through either ads, or Adsense.

Setting up your Blogger account is fast, taking under 10 minutes, and you can start posting right away!

Adsense signup is just as easy, but the verification takes usually a day. It's a small price to pay for the money that you could make down the road!

If you follow these simple steps, you can set up a very "simple to create" blog that can make money every month!

Once you create your blogger account, you will be taken to the main "Dashboard" where you will create your blogs (We will set up your blog and adsense it on Blogger's web servers). Each blog shown here is a completely separate blog, this is not a list of your written posts, but of all your blog web pages. Each Blog can be monetized by adsense to make money. Click the image to the left for a large view. Click "Create a Blog" link on the top right to begin creating a blog.

    Naming your Blogger Blog

The next screen you see is where you "Name your Blog". Choose a name that describes the blog. If you are writing a blog about baseball card collections, then you might name it "My BaseBall Card Collection Blog" or something similar. You also can choose your URL, or web address of your blog. The easier to remember the better. The Picture on the left shows my example blog web address in Step#2.
