Instructions

    • 1

Crush two aspirins up and mix the powder in a tub or bucket with 1/2 cup of warm water until the aspirin dissolves in the water. The aspirin does not have to be completely dissolved.

    • 2

Soak the sweat stains on the clothing in the cleaning solution for approximately two to three hours. Remove the clothing from the tub or bucket.

    • 3

Wash the piece of clothing as normal – in the washing machine or by hand washing, depending on the clothing.

    • 4

Dry the clothing in the dryer or lay flat to dry. The sweat stain should be completely removed from the clothing.

Tips & Warnings

  • If the article of clothing is not white or light in color, test this cleaning solution on a small piece of the shirt to make sure that it will not strip the color from the clothing.

  • If you are allergic to aspirin, do not clean your perspiration stains on your clothing this way. If you are allergic to the medicine when it is taken orally, you may have the same reactions when it comes into contact with your skin, as it can seep into your pores and get into your body.
