Ask a Girl to a School Dance

Ever been to nervous or scared to ask a girl to your school dance? Read this article and it will give you ideas to help you think of the perfect way to ask that perfect girl.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Find a girl that you will be comfortable asking. She should not be a complete stranger who you admire from a far. It is important that if she does say yes, the dance won't be awkward because you don't know each other.

  2. Step 2

Before you go through the trouble of thinking how to ask her, make sure she will say yes. If you are just going as friends tell her that you are going to ask her and make sure she knows not to get a different date. if your nervous to tell her ask her friends and see if she's going with someone already. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU MAKE SURE SHE WILL SAY YES BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY ASK HER!

  3. Step 3

Be creative! One good way to do it is to make wanted posters with her face on it, and have it say WANTED. (Her name) FOR (Your Names)S PROM DATE. and hang those in the hallways. Or doing it with a scavenger hunt or as a school event is very popular.

*I recommend you also incorporate your schools dance theme into the asking.

  4. Step 4

Make sure that no matter what you do, it is memorable and thoughtful. It is better to have a really simple idea that is well planned and thought out than a really elaborate scheme that is lacking effort. Be creative and have fun with it, and try not to do something that is just run-of-the mill or something you or your friends have done in the past.
